AWES CRITERION FOR ALLOCATION OF STREAM

(Auth: Refer Article 209 of Revised Rules and Regulations for APSs, March 2019)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Ref Article 209 AWES Rules and Regulations. It is clarified that meeting the eligibility criteria on account of minimum cut off percentage does not guarantee admission.
2. Provisional stream will be allotted on the basis of Preboard Results / Admission Test. Admission will depend upon relative merit and availability of seats.
3. The stream may be changed on declaration of Board results based on the criterion of allocation of stream.

5. Stream Allocation will be provisional till the submission of original documents and declaration of Board Results.
6. Choice of optional subject can also be given/changed on reopening of the school
7. Books and Stationery for Class XI will be available from the MP Hall of the School for the students staying inside the Cantt. Students staying outside the cantt can procure books and stationery from Malhotra Book Shop, Sector-15, Panchkula.
   Students arriving on Transfer or New Admission
8. Transfer Certificate of APSs. Parents with Transfer Certificate of APS can apply offline with Preboard Results from their previous school. Based on Pre-board results / Admission Test, provisional stream will be allotted to the student. Parents can approach School for information of Admission Test dates for class XI.
9. Stream Allocation will be provisional till the declaration of Board Results and submission of original documents.
10. Non-APS Transfer Certificate. Parents can apply for admission after declaration of Board Results.
