Admission Checklist

Check List for Registration/ Admission

 

Proof of Age

  1. Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths as authorised by the State Govt. / Govt. of India.

Change in Date of Birth

Date of Birth once recorded in the school register will not be changed by any authority in the school on their own.

Request of change of Date of Birth from parents will be processed as per the procedure laid down in CBSE Bye Laws.

Transfer Certificate (TC) from Previous School

The certificate from the previous school certifying that the child was studying one class lower for which admission is sought. In case of students seeking admission to class II to VI without the Transfer Certificate, the parent shall provide an Affidavit from Notary or Magistrate stating the previous history of education of the child further mentioning that the child has not studied in any recognized school.

Employment Certificate

Employment Certificate from the Commanding Officer of the unit for serving Defence personnel. Ex – Servicemen  will submit self-attested Discharge Certificate from Secretary, District Sainik Welfare Office.

Progress Report Card

Students joining in mid-term are required to submit their Progress Report Card.

Photographs

Three passport size photographs.

Registration Sheet

Students seeking admission from Classes IX to XII should submit Registration Card/Extract of registration sheet/Extract of “List of Candidate (LOC)”.

Affidavit

Affidavit from Notary or Magistrate giving reason for shifting. 

Job Transfer Order

Note:

  1. TC, in respect of candidates coming from schools other than APS/Army Schools/KVs, should be endorsed by the District Education Officer of the district in which the school is located. The endorsement should clearly indicate whether it is a recognized school or not.
  2.  The age of child at the time of admission for class I will be 06 years as on 31 March of the year in which admission is sought and accordingly to the higher classes. A child over aged by more than eighteen months will not be admitted in Class I.
